Exceptional Service Made Our Trip Unforgettable! I decided to take my daughter on a last-minute adventure to see Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach—she's a huge Twilight movie fan and it's featured in the film. When I made the reservation at Hillcrest, I briefly mentioned her love for the series. Upon arrival, we entered our cabin and I heard my daughter shriek! Right on the coffee table was the entire Twilight movie DVD collection! How amazing is that for customer service? It was the most thoughtful, unexpected touch that made her whole trip. She has not stopped talking about this adventure, and that is what is truly important to me. Thank you, Hillcrest, for going above and beyond to make our spontaneous trip extra special! We will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend staying here. Ruth and the other staff are awesome. They have so much to offer, very kind and friendly. It's less than a 5 min walk(depending on how fast you walk LoL, me it's a 3 min walk)to downtown and to the nearest beach access which is next to the aquarium. Definitely recommend.

This place is simple in the best ways. Friendly staff, dog friendly, they are very thoughtful, clean, yummy free snack and free beach toys. So many board games and puzzle to use. The place is so cute! Very close to the beach. We could see it from our window!

For being a 90-year-old building with history that brings the beach, ocean and small town vibes alive made for a great stay. The employees are happy, friendly and very knowledgable. They have items to bring to the beach, games to play, plenty of parking and good rates. Only had a small hiccup, but solved it with switching rooms which made it even more memorable. Love how close it is to the beach with great walks around the town for morning coffee and donuts. The rooms need updated, however that's the last of my worries when it comes to a true feel ocean trip. The staff was great and very helpful. Will be back again.

We came for our family vacation and each family had a different room and we were able to bring our dog! They had everything we needed to go to the beach. Sand toys, extra towels, an outside area we played corn hole, while we waited for our family to be ready to walk to the beach and so so much more. They are kind and caring and the service is spectacular. They are not very far from the promenade and they are right by the seaside Broadway area and the carousel mall.
